As far as I know, it's the same AAAA format. The problem with cc is that it asks for the current century, which is 21st, but it actually means the first two digits of the current century (for example, 20 in 2008). Read: YYYY, NO CCYY, because it's technically very useful to ask about the current century and the actual year is 2108 (we're not there yet, so keep up with 1980. I think that helps.
