How to install Bendix on a Cummins dryer?
I’m installing an AD-9 Bendix on the Rubber Duck truck. It has a Cummins NTC with a Cummins Holset compressor. I ran a new line from the compressor to the Supply line of the dryer, then a new line from the Delivery side of the dryer to the wet tank. I also added a line from the governor to the Control line of the dryer.

First thing is the air supply to the governor goes to the res mark port on the governor which is the end port. The center port on the governor is to the unloader of the comp. and to trhe signal line on the drier. The T conection and check valve is called a invertion valve. You can take it from the system if you want.

Dan on a AD9 the purge valve only dumps for a second and then close back up to keep the turbo pressure from going thru the compressor and out the open drier if it was open on purge.That is a improvement on the AD9.So the air pressure from the wet tank would not leak off much thru the purge. I have not seen the way of plumbing before.
