Welcome to iRV2 and the Newmar Owner’s Forum. My assumption is the fan works and ambient temp air is coming through the vents. If this is true, see if you can determine if the compressor is cycling. The compressor is attached to the engine. You’ll need to see the A/C compressor. While looking at the compressor, have someone turn on the A/C.
